CAM Services - Interior ceiling panels
We were asked to create a geometrically symmetrical repeating pattern that would be used for a decorative interior ceiling treatment. It was also required to have the ability to be cut to size in the field during installation. The materials used were 2 inch thick 4' x 8' sheets of MDF.
CAM Services - Decorative Leather upholstery
We were asked to precisely cut this specific pattern into pre-finished Milano leather panels. The leather was then stitched and applied to a reception desk for a Florida casino.
Mark Richey - Custom Foam panels
This project required extremely high tolerance multi-axis surface roughing and finish machining. The panels were used in the construction of a completely customized conference table. The material used for these curved panels was PBLT 30.
